Joe Connell has over 30 years in the real estate and development field. Joe Connell graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Business in 1976. Prior to Baker Realty he had a career in banking and finance and as Director of Economic Development for the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce. Joe is a past board member and past president of the Tennessee Industrial Development Council and of the East Tennessee Industrial Council. He works closely with state and TVA Officials and also has a long history/relationship with them.

Drew Clemmons came to Connell Properties in 2009. He graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management. At Tennessee he was a two year lettermen on the Basketball team, earning all-academic honors. While in college he worked as a facility supervisor for Southern Building Services, Inc. and eventually became Regional Account Manager for GCA services, Inc. after graduation. In 2006 he went to work for SunTrust Bank as a Branch Manager. Drew uses his knowledge and skills in the facility service industry coupled with experience in finance management and real estate to offer clients efficient solutions to their company's needs.

Logan Wells joined Connell Properties in 2015. He graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Political Science. Prior to joining Connell Properties, Logan worked with Morgan Stanley in Knoxville. Logan took ownership of the company in 2017 and received his managing broker's license in 2018. He specializes in value-add real estate, various investment properties, and residential brokerage. Logan has been involved in over 200 transactions in the past eight years. Logan enjoys owning and managing multiple short-term rentals in East Tennessee.

Logan is a deacon at Redeemer Church of Knoxville where he currently leads the church's building campaign. He enjoys serving in the Knoxville Fellows program and Christ Led Communities in various capacities. Logan is married to Katie and loves spending time with their three children, Walker, Genevieve, and Maggie. Logan enjoys getting outside with the family and spending time in Townsend and at the Knoxville Racquet Club.

Brad joined Connell Properties Inc. as an affiliate broker in 2015. Brad has partnered with both commercial and residential clients to address their needs and professional goals. A graduate in marketing from the University of Tennessee, Brad is a Knoxville native with experience in property management and transaction facilitation. Additionally, Brad is a successful owner/operator of a rental property portfolio across multiple states and an integral asset to the company.
